The Cork Archive is a “Digitising the Humanities” archive project that provides an insight into bankruptcy and corporate insolvency policy, reform and case law through a series of archived documents from Sir Kenneth Cork’s famous Cork Committee, Muir Hunter QC’s personal archive, the Poulson affair and insolvency case law bundles from the 19th and early 20th century.
