Meeting 35 – 21 st November 1979

There is a call for considering the nature of the Cork report, where Mr Walker-Arnott expressed his view that the report is getting closer to a consultative document. The committee then agreed that it should communicate to the Secretary of State its views on the issues that it considered, producing no more than the trend of the committee’s thinking.

The committee then amended some paragraphs, and agreed that the draft should go forward.
